Would you like to sing songs of resistance to war
and injustice at public
events? We do it and have fun too! The struggle for
peace has seldom been more urgent. We'd be pleased to have you join us.
You don't have to be a grandmother, you don't need a perfect voice, and you don't have to read music (though musical experience is always a plus.) But it would be great if you can attend our rehearsals (send an email to Jean to find out when and stand up in front of an audience on behalf of vitally important issues.
We perform wherever we're invited -- political
meetings, evening receptions,
peace and justice concerts, outdoor protests, you
name it -- to add humor, raise spirits and encourage political action. Not our perfect singing,
but our words which are often written by ourselves make us cool.
For more information, to engage us or to join practice sessions and sing with us
email our Granny point person Jean with your
contact information.
